FluroCube-R1 is a quantitative fluorescence readout (single channel) device which can be used to detect the amplified products of LAMP or PCR assays. The device is compatible with intercalating fluorescence dyes such as SYBR Green. The device can be controlled by a custom built Android app. The sample data can also be viewed on the app.
