SickleCell Diagnostic Kit – Confirmatory
This newly developed diagnostic assay can be used to rapidly distinguish between sickle cell disease and sickle cell trait. The performance of this simple and easy to use confirmatory test is comparable to the gold standard HPLC test. The kit is currently being tested in clinical trials.
